One set of rules. No surprises.
These policies govern every ToteFull rental across the Upstate and Midlands. The same rules appear on the website, in the rental agreement, and in what we tell you on the phone. Version 1.0 · Updated June 14, 2026.
1. Packages & pricing
Every package includes free delivery, free pickup, a 14-day rental, pre-sanitized totes, zip ties, labels, and 1 to 2 dollies. Extensions are weekly and can be added any time before the scheduled pickup.

Extra totes: $4 per tote for the rental, in packs of 5. A dolly is included with every order; additional or replacement dollies are handled case by case. Commercial and office moves are quoted individually. Prices exclude sales tax, calculated at checkout by service address. Package prices and fees are reviewed quarterly; changes never affect rentals already booked.
2. Service areas & delivery
All distances are road miles measured from the nearest hub, Greenville for the Upstate, Columbia for the Midlands. Every pickup, in every band, is completed within 2 business days of your scheduled date. Band fees are published on the website and charged to the card up to 24 hours before delivery, the same as the package price.

One-way moves between service areas are handled hub-to-hub at standard rates, no surcharge. Delivery and pickup are scheduled in 2-hour windows, confirmed by text the day before and again when the driver is en route. Drop-off and collection are to a ground-level accessible spot; you don't need to be home if a safe location is agreed in advance.
3. Deposits & payment
A refundable deposit is charged to your card at booking (amount shown on your order confirmation), a real charge, not a hold, so it stays in place through any extensions. It's refunded in full within 5 business days after pickup and inspection. We deduct only for missing or damaged-beyond-wear equipment, and we tell you first. The package price and any band fees are charged up to 24 hours before delivery. Credit or debit card only.
4. Rental period, extensions & late returns
Standard period is 14 days, delivery day to pickup day. Extensions are weekly at your package's rate, any time before scheduled pickup. Early pickup is free. A missed pickup is a $75 re-trip fee and the rental auto-extends weekly until collected; after 30 days with no contact, equipment is treated as lost.
5. Cancellations, rescheduling & weather

6. Damage, loss & cleaning
Normal wear, scuffs and scratches, is never charged. Every tote is inspected, washed, and sanitized between rentals; totes that fail inspection leave the fleet. The following fees apply only when equipment is lost, broken, or returns needing real cleaning:

If a lost tote turns up later, return it within 30 days and we'll refund the replacement fee.
7. What can't go in a tote
Unsealed liquids, perishable food, plants, pets, hazardous materials, and firearms. Up to 50 lbs per tote, stacked no more than four high.
If you wouldn't want it sitting in a closed plastic tote for two weeks, don't put it in one.
8. Equipment rental agreement
This is a plain-English summary of the agreement you accept at checkout, between ToteFull Rentals LLC (d/b/a ToteFull) and you. The full agreement is provided with your order confirmation.
Ownership. All equipment remains the property of ToteFull Rentals LLC at all times; you receive a temporary right to use it for ordinary household or office packing. You may not sell, sublease, alter, paint, drill, mark, or remove ToteFull branding from the equipment.
Use. You receive a temporary right to use the equipment for ordinary household or office packing. You are responsible for safe, lawful access at delivery and pickup, and for keeping the equipment within our service area.
Charges you authorize. The refundable deposit at booking, and the package price plus any band, extension, replacement, or cleaning fees to the card on file, with an itemized receipt emailed the same day.
9. Privacy
We collect only what we need to deliver and pick up your totes: your name, contact details, service addresses, and payment information. We use them to schedule your rental, send delivery and pickup texts, process payment, and provide support.
We don't sell your personal information. Payment details are handled by our payment processor; we don't store full card numbers. We ask "how'd you hear about us?" to understand which channels work, answering is optional. To access, correct, or delete your information, email support [at] totefull.com.
